Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to agreement for the rental provision of Chalet rooms for accommodation purposes and to all associated goods and services provided to the customer by Dumbanagala Chalet.

  • The customer commits to pay the total agreed price in full prior to check in to the hotel.
  • Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance with a minimum 2 night stay.
  • All offers are based on availability and subject to change. Rates vary based on dates of stay and number of guests.
  • Unless otherwise noted, offered rates are for booking the entire chalet and are exclusive of all incidental charges and gratuity.
  • This offer may not be combined with other select promotions, offers or discounts and is not valid for existing reservations or groups.
Cancellation policy

We understand plans can change. Please let us know in advance if you need to cancel. Late cancellations or no shows may incur fees. Complimentary treats cannot be replaced. Terms and conditions apply to all offers.

  • Please notify us ahead of time if your plans change to avoid partial or full charges, depending on booking timing.
  • Cancel 72 hours prior for full refund. 48 hours for 50%, 24 hours for 30%, within 24 hours forfeit payment.
  • If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date, you will not receive any refund. Charges cannot be applied to other stays or services.
  • Complimentary items, included in special offers, cannot be reissued if a booking is cancelled.
  • Changes to dates or room types may be accommodated subject to availability, which could affect pricing or offer eligibility.
